March Series

This is a new series investigating this extraordinary claim in the New Testament that Jesus “made us a kingdom, priests to his God and Father.” How weird is it to think of yourself as a priest?! And yet, that’s exactly what we become when we follow Jesus. Believe it or not, you have been chosen in Jesus and set apart from the world to bear spiritual power and authority in a way that will bless the people God has placed around you. Whose job is it to pray for people or tell them the good news God has for them? That’s a priest’s job and it’s our job!

HOLY WEEK

MESSIAH IN THE PASSOVER

  • Friday, March 22 | 6:00pm
Join us for a special time of fellowship and learning. We will have a guest presenter from Chosen People Ministries who will lead us in a Passover Meal celebration. He will show us how this ancient meal always pointed to Jesus, the Messiah. Through the lens of Christ we will see how the symbolism of this supper was uniquely fulfilled by Jesus of Nazareth.

PALM SUNDAY PICNIC

  • Sunday, March 24
Join us for our regularly scheduled worship services with a Children’s Palm Parade, vibrant worship and baptism celebrations. Plan to stay after the late service for a picnic lunch at the church pavilion. There will be egg hunts for children and teens. All the food is provided, just bring a lawn chair with you!

HOLY WEDNESDAY
NIGHT OF WORSHIP

  • Wednesday, March 27 | 6pm
Join us in the Sanctuary at 6pm for a night of worship focusing on what Jesus accomplished for us on the cross. We will observe communion and experience an environment for reflection, meditation and confession. While adults and teens gather in the sanctuary, kids are invited to a special Easter Jam, where they will experience a memorable teaching on what Jesus has accomplished for us!

WORSHIP WITH US THIS EASTER SUNDAY!

Two identical services (on March 31st at 9:30am & 11:00am) will feature the same powerful worship and teaching on Easter Sunday. A worship choir will help us celebrate the reality of our Risen King. The teaching will invite us to journey through the gardens portrayed in Scripture, reminding us of our need for a Savior and the power of Jesus’ victory over sin and death.
